I'm looking for a remote customer support or customer service role where I can provide excellent customer experiences, work with international teams across time zones, and continue developing professionally.

I've worked as a Sales Representative, communicating with customers to understand their needs, explain product features, and provide helpful product information.

I respond to questions professionally, handle concerns respectfully, and follow up with customers to maintain positive relationships throughout the buying process. I also keep track of customer requests and manage daily responsibilities independently.

I'm currently studying Business Administration at the National Open University of Nigeria and am seeking a remote customer support or customer service role with an international team.
