What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an international remote position in Customer Support, Customer Success, Client Services, Chat Support, or Customer Experience.

In my independent remote customer support and client assistance work, I communicate with customers by messaging, email, and telephone. I answer questions, help identify solutions, and follow up when needed.

I also teach English remotely, explaining information clearly and adapting my approach to each learner. I’m pursuing Computer Science and Cybersecurity studies at OLABISI ONABUJO UNIVERSITY and use Microsoft Excel and digital tools to organize information.
