With over five years of experience in customer service and healthcare administration, I have developed a strong ability to manage high-volume calls and provide exceptional support to clients. My role as a Customer Service Representative at Inspiritec allowed me to assist callers with Marketplace healthcare and SNAP benefits, ensuring that their needs were met promptly and efficiently.
