What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate tailored travel experiences, manage client and supplier relationships, and improve operational processes in an international environment.

At Japanspecialist - Kuoni Tumlare, I oversee FIT bookings for Dutch B2B and B2C clients, coordinating accommodation, transfers, activities, quotations, and travel documents. I also manage a key B2B account, develop travel packages, and work closely with suppliers and sales teams to tailor travel experiences.

I've supported clients during travel crises through 24/7 on-call duty, trained new operational hires, and used Salesforce to track customer relationships in inside sales. My background in Japanese Studies, study abroad experience in Kyoto, and multilingual communication support my work in international travel.
