Delivers infrastructure, security, and end-user support for US healthcare practices, dental offices, and small businesses under a managed-services model. Runs the full client lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, delivery, ongoing support, and billing, and provides remote helpdesk and escalation support during US business hours.

Provides frontline and escalation support for EMR/practice-management systems for US ambulatory clinics, resolving issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers. Owns onboarding, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live for each client, and coordinates delivery resources across the US, India, and the Philippines.

Led implementations of the IMS EMR/practice-management platform for US medical practices, including onboarding, configuration, training, and go-live support. Contributed to the development of Meditab's Patient Portal and migrated legacy patient and billing data, validating integrity ahead of go-live.
