What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to deploy, maintain, and improve reliable IT and digital health systems, combining technical support, system administration, user training, data management, and cross-functional coordination.

I've led deployment and support of EMR, eHMIS, Health Insurance, DHIS-2, and SORMAS systems across health facilities in Gandaki Province.

At the Provincial Public Health Center and Provincial Health Directorate, I coordinated with staff, vendors, departments, and the central ministry to implement digital systems. I also trained end users, supported digital attendance and CCTV installation, and analyzed NCD data for reporting and decision-making.

Previously at Imark Pvt. Ltd., I deployed and integrated EMR, ERP, and POS systems for hospitals and enterprises. I handled testing, data consistency, infrastructure integration, technical issue resolution, and solution customization with cross-functional teams.

I'm grounded in troubleshooting, system administration, databases, networking, backup operations, and user support, with early web development experience supporting responsive applications, testing, and documentation.
