What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support customers or deliver accurate data annotation and quality assurance work while meeting productivity and quality standards.

I've supported customers at Concentrix on a fast-paced financial account, handling account servicing, payments, disputes, refunds, order tracking, credit line requests, and mobile app concerns.

I earned a work-from-home setup after meeting performance metrics for three consecutive months. I use clear communication, active listening, and solution-focused support to resolve customer concerns.

At Atlas Capture, I annotate text, image, video, metadata, and structured and unstructured datasets for supervised machine learning projects. I also review labels for accuracy, consistency, errors, and missing information while meeting productivity and turnaround targets remotely.
