Roxanne Able
@roxanneable
I build high-performing café teams, grow sales, and create mission-driven customer experiences.
What I'm looking for
I've opened and led Misericordia Hearts & Flour Bakery and Café, a bespoke Chicago nonprofit café creating employment opportunities for residents with developmental disabilities. I grew sales through product quality, consistency, outstanding guest experiences, and a mission-focused approach.
I built operating procedures, training plans, and an internal talent pipeline while implementing Toast in a drive-thru environment. I also integrated online ordering, waste-offsetting apps, and a dedicated social presence to increase traffic, awareness, and sales.
Previously, I led one of Peet's Coffee's highest-volume Chicago tourist locations, delivering multiple record-setting sales years and P&L results. I hired, trained, inspired, and retained teams, and supported new-store and post-COVID reopening efforts.
My earlier experience includes shift leadership at Caribou Coffee and supervising a Loyola Annual Giving calling floor that raised more than $1,000,000 for student support.
