I am an experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of driving profitability, managing inventory, and fostering strong vendor relationships. I prioritize operational accuracy and customer service in fast-paced retail and food-service environments.

In my current role as General Manager at a coffeehouse, I manage cash drawers, perform bank runs, recruit and maintain staffing levels, and control costs to meet profit goals against budget and prior year results.

Previously I worked as a Barista and as a Hostess/Server, where I developed strong phone etiquette, accurate cash-handling, teamwork during peak hours, and consistent adherence to health and safety and customer-service standards.

I am eager to leverage my supervisory experience, P&L awareness, and communication skills to contribute to a growth-oriented team while continuing to learn new skills and take on added responsibilities.
