What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote B2B SaaS account management or customer success role where I can own client relationships, solve customer problems directly, grow accounts, and combine commercial responsibility with Microsoft 365 technical knowledge.

I run my own Microsoft 365 consulting practice, owning acquisition, scoping, pricing, negotiation, onboarding and account growth for B2B clients from single-owner businesses to mid-market companies. I deliver licence optimisation, security, mailflow and support engagements, including a zero-downtime Microsoft 365 migration for Key Agency.

Previously, I co-founded Beonline and built its commercial operation from zero, exceeding €100,000 in first-year revenue through lead generation, proposals, contract closing and client retention. Across nine continuous years supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise customers through Gigmos Solutions, contract work and Arvato Bertelsmann/Majorel, I’ve resolved escalations across Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID and authentication while maintaining clear English-language client communication.
