At TGI Group, I administer Microsoft 365 services and support SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Purview. I design and support SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Power Platform solutions to improve business processes and collaboration.
I develop and support Power Automate workflows, including business approvals, and contribute to Microsoft Copilot and custom Copilot agent initiatives for internal knowledge and business processes. I also support Microsoft 365 security and compliance initiatives, including sensitivity labels, Data Loss Prevention, Conditional Access, and MFA.
At Tek Knowledge / Tek Experts, I progressed from Microsoft Support Engineer to Technical Team Lead, supporting customers across APAC, NAOM, and EMEA and supervising a team of approximately 20 engineers. I provided technical coaching, managed escalations, supported service-performance reporting, and delivered training; I received a Best Team Lead recognition.
