What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in technical support and system administration while contributing to creative, innovative technology-driven projects.

I've supported IT operations at Accra Metropolitan Assembly, Walthrope Online, and Adiss Company Limited, resolving hardware, software, printer, and Windows OS issues for end users.

At AMA, I diagnosed and resolved more than 80 hardware and Windows issues, helping reduce downtime by approximately 40%. I also supported system updates, user accounts, database entry, routine maintenance, and system monitoring.

I founded Techthrope to introduce basic IT skills to more than 20 school students, and I contributed to a team school management platform through backend discussions and user-experience improvements.
