I’m excited to apply for the Customer Care – Work From Home position at Jio. I bring a background in Aviation and Hospitality from Frankfinn and strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.

My hospitality training has helped me develop practical customer service skills, including phone etiquette, problem-solving, and maintaining a calm and friendly approach during conversations. I enjoy talking to people, understanding their issues, and helping them find solutions.

I’m also confident in my ability to manage customer interactions professionally and effectively. With good typing ability, I can handle work efficiently from home while staying focused on providing a positive experience for every customer.
