I am a customer service advisor with hands-on experience in UK voice processes, focused on delivering clear communication and reliable support. I have a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a background that combines technical familiarity with strong interpersonal skills.

From Dec 2021 to Oct 2022 I worked in a Vodafone UK voice process where I developed call handling, multitasking, and customer-relations abilities. I bring good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and an aptitude for learning new systems quickly.

I pride myself on being a calm listener, fluent communicator in Hindi and English, and an active participant who organizes tasks efficiently. I approach problems critically and explain information clearly to customers and colleagues.
