What I'm looking for
I’m an efficient, friendly receptionist with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. I’m confident managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
In my Customer Care Department role (TVS, Baudhha, Kathmandu), I handled incoming customer inquiries and provided prompt, accurate information to ensure satisfaction. I maintained detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using database management systems, and supported service quality by assisting in training new customer care representatives.
I also completed an internship as a customer service representative with Gomama Web Creation, where I documented customer interactions in CRM software and responded to inquiries via phone and email.
