I seek a data-focused role in a mission-driven health or development organization where I can apply M&E, KenyaEMR and Excel skills to drive evidence-based program improvements, mentor staff, and support data-informed decision-making.

I am a highly analytical, results-driven data analyst with over six years' experience in data management, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and program support within the non-profit health sector.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics and a Diploma in Information Technology, and I specialize in using KenyaEMR, Excel, and Google Workspace to extract, clean, analyze and visualize large datasets.

I have led monthly data review and validation processes, developed dashboards and pivot tables that improved program performance tracking across CCC and GBV programs, and supported compliance with national health data standards.

I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff on data quality and M&E tools, and translate data into actionable recommendations that strengthen patient retention, adherence outcomes, and service delivery.
