What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where accuracy and follow-through actually matter. Scheduling records, and patient communication are the kind of work where a small mistake has a real consequence, and that's exactly the kind of responsibility I want.

I've supported a mental health organization at Sunnyside by handling inbound calls, responding to client and provider emails, and working carefully in a confidentiality-sensitive environment. During my onboarding week, I identified, corrected, and independently resubmitted a billing error.

At Impact Outsourcing, I research, analyze, and enter data for client reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL-based databases. I completed an urgent request involving 6,000 data points in one weekend while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

I've completed Medical Virtual Assistant training covering Epic, Kareo, HIPAA compliance, medical billing and coding basics, insurance verification, and patient scheduling. I'm comfortable supporting remote teams asynchronously across time zones.
