What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to contribute to women, peace, security, and humanitarian action through human mobility work, regional coordination, technical assistance, knowledge management, and gender-sensitive responses for women, girls, and young people affected by crises.

I lead RLeón Services, supporting people and families pursuing asylum, humanitarian protection, and other immigration processes in the United States. I organize case files, declarations, timelines, evidence, interviews, and bilingual communications while researching country conditions, persecution, violence, and human mobility.

I've also managed community programs and grants at La Cocina NPO, supported bilingual outreach with the City of Fort Collins, and advised and trained entrepreneurs at Mi Casa Resource Center. My work brings together program follow-up, training, technical materials, and culturally responsive engagement with diverse communities.

With a PhD in History and an international education career across Venezuela, Nigeria, and the United States, I bring research, intercultural education, and multilingual communication to humanitarian and mobility-focused work.
