I’m a customer-focused professional who aims to contribute to a company’s corporate vision while constantly improving my own skills and abilities. I bring a mix of service-center experience and hospitality exposure, with a strong focus on quality and goal-oriented performance.

My background includes working with Maersk Global Service Center, and multiple hospitality roles such as Toyoko Inn, Okura Hotel, and Ramen House in Japan. This experience strengthened my people skills and taught me to stay flexible, professional, and attentive to guest needs.

More recently, I worked with Telus International Philippines and TaskUs (from September 2022 to present). In these roles, I focused on delivering dependable support—aligning my work with service expectations while maintaining a consistent, service-minded attitude.

I also invest in readiness and care. Through my training with the PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RED CROSS—Basic Life Support (CPR), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for Healthcare Providers, and First Aid—I’m prepared to respond calmly and responsibly in urgent situations.
