At the Ministry of Defence, I advised around 60 international innovation research projects, judged proposals on merit, and developed AI and Excel tools to automate processes. I also served as implementation lead for project management tooling.
At the Central Government Real Estate Agency, I managed a national safety inspections program, coordinated high-tech innovation pilots, and built Excel and Power BI dashboards and workflows. My earlier work includes medical research at Leiden University Medical Center, where I modelled complex processes and planned and performed scientific research.
