I am an experienced Project and Contract Manager with a strong track record in construction, infrastructure, and government real estate projects. Over the past decade, I have managed complex DBFMO, UAV, and UAV-GC contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and stakeholder alignment for organizations including the Dutch Ministry of Finance and the Dutch Central Government Real Estate Agency.
In these roles, I oversaw the full project lifecycle of maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure projects, including energy-saving measures and large-scale preservation works such as the Oosterscheldekering and major steel bridges. My expertise lies in contract management, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and bringing structure and clarity to complex environments.
I hold an MSc in Construction Management & Engineering (Eindhoven University of Technology) and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics & Statistics with First-Class Honours (Open University, UK). This unique combination of technical, managerial, and analytical skills allows me to approach challenges with both strategic oversight and data-driven precision.
Alongside my professional career, I have contributed through volunteer and leadership roles, including serving as Head Coach of a youth football team, Supervisory Board member at Bonaire Overheidsgebouwen N.V., and Auditor for the Association of Parents of Premature Infants, where I assessed hospital care quality. These experiences reflect my ability to lead, collaborate, and deliver meaningful results both inside and outside the workplace.
