I’m a Customer Service Representative III/Quality Assurance Analyst with experience spanning customer support, QA, and administrative operations across the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates. I bring a service-first mindset and a strong focus on accuracy, documentation, and follow-through.

In my current role, I support customers while working on quality assurance to ensure consistent service delivery. Previously, I handled customer service as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica and Royal Crystal FZE, and I contributed to operational efficiency through clear communication and timely issue resolution.

Earlier roles strengthened my back-office foundation: preparing invoices and quotations, filing and secure document archiving, dispatching invoices via E-mails or Courier, tracking shipments and deliveries, and preparing Quarterly VAT Returns and monthly pending-invoice reports. I also managed payroll documents, supported government project bidding with proposals and invoicing, and performed data encoding and reservation duties.
