I’m a Senior UX Designer and Accessibility Leader with extensive experience designing enterprise SaaS platforms and operational systems across healthcare and other regulated domains. I translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and accessible user experiences aligned to user needs and business goals.

Most recently, I led UX strategy and interface design for enterprise healthcare and pharmacy management SaaS platforms, including responsive patient portals, operational dashboards, and KPI reporting systems. I also designed compliance-focused reporting and data-collection workflows for CMS.gov initiatives, producing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interface systems while supporting accessibility-aware usability practices.

Beyond client work, I founded HappyPathStudios and lead UX strategy, platform architecture, and accessibility initiatives—supporting WCAG 2.2 reviews, Section 508 audits, remediation guidance, and compliance-focused consulting. I continuously integrate AI-assisted workflows and agentic tooling to improve UX processes, content generation, and operational automation across SaaS ecosystems and hybrid digital/physical experiences.
