I’m a Senior Product Designer focused on turning complex requirements into implementation-ready UI flows, interaction models, and shared design specs. Across healthcare and fast-moving startups, I’ve partnered with product, engineering, and specialized designers to make experiences clearer, more usable, and easier to ship.

I lead discovery through product and user research—conducting product user interviews, usability testing, and qualitative evaluation to validate design hypotheses. I design prototypes for validation, test workflows with real users, and refine interactions to reduce friction and improve clarity across key journeys.

At Kaiser Permanente, I designed and maintained a cross-platform design system for enterprise healthcare applications. By embedding WCAG + ADA compliance, I improved accessibility by 30% and reduced drop-offs by 15%, while defining reusable components, interaction standards, and layout systems using atomic design principles.

I also build user-facing experiences for data-heavy and AI-assisted contexts. At Humana, I designed CRM workflows for a data-heavy enterprise system used by 29,000+ users, improving task flows by 20% through usability testing and data-informed insights—then later created prompt-based editing and image refinement UX inside a visual editor at Shic.ai.
