At GEP Worldwide, I built the design practice and spearheaded the Radiant Design System with a team of designers and researchers. Its 80-plus components and 42,000 design tokens cover 80% of product features, and I improved developer handoff efficiency by 56%.
I also drove adoption of an AI-powered testing agent using Playwright and Axe, and helped reduce accessibility violations from more than 6,000 to fewer than 14. At HealthEquity, I led the redesign of a unified member portal and defined the Tyrian Design System; earlier, at Ivanti, I designed a security scorecard that made complex risk data actionable.
