What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote entry-level role in Sales Development, Business Development, or Customer Success where I can use my customer-focused mindset, communication strength, and CRM fundamentals to support leads, relationships, and consistent service quality.

I’m a Business Gastronomy graduate with international experience in luxury hospitality and Michelin-starred dining. In fast-paced, customer-focused environments, I’ve supported full-capacity service, delivered seasonal tasting-menu experiences, and strengthened communication, adaptability, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure.

I also built hands-on customer-service awareness and attention to detail through an internship at a luxury all-inclusive resort, collaborating across kitchen and service teams during high-volume periods while maintaining food-safety and quality standards. I’m now seeking a remote entry-level opportunity in Sales Development, Business Development, or Customer Success.
