At Joh’s Stübben KG, I progressed through production and service roles, eventually taking responsibility for overall production. I redesigned and optimized internal production processes to improve output.
I started an individual business focused on selling and servicing equestrian products in former Soviet states, building a sales network and supporting a growing customer base. I also established partner collaborations and represented European equestrian clothing manufacturers.
In 2018, I founded Tokado GmbH in Kyiv, focused on importing construction materials and representing EU companies in the construction sector. I expanded the company into an import business with a broad dealer network in Ukraine.
