I'm building and advancing International Trade & Customized Service at kohlpharma, leading an eight-person team, developing customer relationships, researching markets, and managing KPIs and budgets.
Previously, I managed administration across DACH at Movianto Deutschland, with responsibility for 80 employees and six team leaders across customer service, inventory management, and transport. I drove customer-related KPI implementation, performance analysis, Lean process optimization, hygiene concepts, annual target meetings, and budget planning.
My experience also includes managing STAHLS´ Europe, business development at GroupeSTAHL Europe, and leading sales and order-processing teams at Siebert Industrieelektronik. I bring a business administration background focused on business informatics, marketing, and international trade and management.
