At DS Smith – Packaging Division, I lead strategic, cross-functional business transformation projects and project governance across Central EMEA. I work with senior leadership and teams across 10+ European sites to plan initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, and support business benefits.
As Regional Operations Program Manager, East Region, I developed strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans for a program spanning 10 countries and 24+ sites. Resource-utilization and waste-reduction initiatives supported by Lean practices and Kaizen workshops delivered €12M in projected savings over six months.
Earlier at DS Smith, I led three operational excellence projects across 40+ sites in 10+ countries, coordinating site teams on standardized improvements. I also drove the One Lens program, consolidating 44 initiative areas into eight pillars across more than 10 countries and 24+ sites.
At STABILUS, I delivered more than 100 global new product introduction launches across six countries, from customer requirements through implementation. I hold an M.Sc. in Innovation and Product Management and have IPMA Level D and Agile Coach credentials, alongside PMP/CAPM framework training and Lean Six Sigma training.
