At Renault Group, I led a team of 15 Change Control Officers responsible for applying serial-life vehicle changes across Renault plants. I helped the team transition from the legacy SARA tracking tool to the LUP platform, simplifying and digitalizing the process and improving traceability, reporting and collaboration.
As a Change Control Officer, I managed serial-life changes for four Renault vehicles produced across five plants. I coordinated engineering, purchasing, manufacturing and quality teams, planned around plant calendars and seasonal shutdowns, and developed action plans to reduce production risks.
Earlier at Renault Group, I planned inbound transport to assure parts supply for just-in-time production. For a new vehicle launch at the Revoz plant in Slovenia, I secured parts delivery by increasing scheduled transport from 600 to 1,700 trucks per month within three months.
My work has also included process improvement and quality assurance. As a CMMI and Quality Assurance Facilitator, I supported compliance across four work units and contributed to QMS implementation; I’m certified in SAFe, supply chain management and integrated management system auditing.
