I’m looking for a delivery-focused Project/Program PM role where I can own end-to-end timelines, automate workflows, and act as escalation point for enterprise stakeholders—while continuing to lead cross-market launches and growth.

I’m a Delivery PM focused on end-to-end program ownership for global enterprise clients, operating as the primary escalation point for VIP stakeholders. I lead cross-functional teams across technical and commercial functions and build the operational infrastructure that keeps high-stakes programs on time.

In my current role, I spearheaded the Veact Appointment Scheduler rollout across the BMW CEE dealership network, reaching 94% market penetration across 9 CEE markets. I’ve also served as Strategic Project Lead & Primary POC for BMW Group across 9 CEE markets and Portfolio Manager for Jaguar Land Rover across 3 markets, owning prioritization and delivery sequencing.

My finance background in Finance & Capital Markets supports my delivery approach, from commercial scoping (effort estimates, pricing, development briefings, and client sign-off) to localization across multiple markets. I combine hybrid Agile-Waterfall execution with tools like JIRA and MS Power Automate, improving workflows and outcomes (e.g., a 22% improvement in team velocity and reducing intern onboarding time from 4 weeks to 2).
