I am an experienced eSupport Officer with a strong background in desktop support and a focus on the Instacart-Trust & Safety process. During my time at IntouchCx, I provided exceptional technical assistance to ensure smooth operations. I am skilled in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as networking devices and topologies. Additionally, I have expertise in installing and configuring operating systems such as Windows Server 2016 and 2019, as well as Linux (RHEL 8.3).
