I administer Slack workspaces and integrations, configure and monitor Zoom, and support IT asset management workflows using Jira and Confluence. My work helps keep collaboration tools, user access, and day-to-day IT operations running smoothly.

Previously at American Express, I served as a first point of contact for IT incidents and requests in a 24x7 environment. I resolved hardware and software issues across Mac, Windows, and Linux, delivered remote and in-house support to defined SLAs, and maintained access and asset records.

Across seven years in technical support, including Concentrix, I've handled ticketing, remote support, device configuration, networking queries, field-technician dispatch, knowledge articles, customer satisfaction reporting, and team training. I'm keen to keep building my technical expertise in a growth-oriented environment.
