I am a motivated Information Technology graduate with over two years of hands-on experience in retail store management, specializing in IT-integrated operations and POS administration. I combine technical knowledge in basic networking, infrastructure and cloud computing with practical skills in inventory systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting.

At PHILMED PHARMACEUTICALS I managed point-of-sale systems, enforced data security and loss-prevention measures, produced sales reports and analysis, and led a five-person team using the PDCA methodology to improve daily operations. My approach balances operational discipline with continuous improvement to drive efficiency and accuracy.
