I am looking for a role that allows me to grow my skills in customer service and translation while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

My name is Rodrigo Estefano Muñoz Meléndez, a proactive and dynamic young man with a strong interest in customer service and languages. I have developed my skills through various experiences, including my recent role as a stgent at Teleperformance Peru, where I honed my communication abilities in both English and German. I am eager to apply my knowledge and learn more in a professional setting.

Currently, I am pursuing my studies at Ricardo Palma University and Comenius University Bratislava, which has further enriched my understanding of diverse cultures and languages. I have also worked as a freelance translator for TECH University in Mexico, translating between Spanish and German. My goal is to find a job opportunity that allows me to grow professionally while contributing positively to the organization.
