I am a detail-oriented HR professional and clinical psychologist with experience in candidate management, process optimization, employee engagement, and real-time client support. I combine hands-on HR work with clinical practice, delivering psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and direct client services in Portuguese and English.

As a university lecturer and internship coordinator, I designed and delivered psychology courses, supervised internship programs, managed clinic operations, and supported learning management systems and assessment processes.
