What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level opportunity in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition where I can apply psychological knowledge and an understanding of individual differences to recruitment, employee engagement, and organisational development.

At J8 Autism Athletics, I develop practical experience through structured interaction with individuals in a behavioural support setting. I apply behavioural observation and build an understanding of individual differences and behavioural responses.

As a Clinical Psychology Intern at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, I managed confidential patient records and documentation in line with data privacy and ethical standards. I also conducted behavioural observation across cases involving IQ, ASD, ADHD, and learning disability evaluations.

At Psychowellness Center, I observed therapy sessions and psychological assessments, including CBT and exposure therapy. My BSc. (Hons.) Psychology studies at Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU) include coursework in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, Social Psychology, and Research Methods.
