What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead mission-driven operations and programs where I can own outcomes, compliance, and workforce partnerships—while leveraging CRM/EMR and business-systems thinking to improve reporting, staffing alignment, and member/client success.

I lead mission-driven organizations at the intersection of behavioral health operations and workforce development, with more than 20 years directing licensed treatment and care organizations. I’m hands-on about systems and people—balancing compliance, outcomes, and day-to-day execution with a steady, practical leadership style.

At Intervention Specialists, I’m the President & CEO of a New Jersey licensed, community-based outpatient organization serving co-occurring behavioral health and substance use treatment through MAT, IOP and OP, and court-referred care. I led three CRM and EMR system releases from planning through go-live, administering user access, permissions, workflows, and reporting while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

I also own the eligibility and billing landscape—overseeing Medicaid, private insurance, and fee-for-service processes including modifiers and coding—while coordinating closely with courts, probation, and county agencies. My operational leadership extends to payroll, recruitment and hiring, benefits and leave, workers' compensation, budgeting, vendor contracts, and inter-agency MOUs.

Beyond operations, I bring business-systems depth from earlier Fortune 500 experience, supporting underwriting and rating applications, mainframe reporting transitions, and business-intelligence integrations. Today, I also consult through ACR Consulting Group—building ETPL-qualified training programs, employer placement partnerships, KPI-driven sales improvements, and dashboards/workflow applications that improve client oversight and utilization forecasting.
