I've spent 10+ years building and leading behavioral health operations at RevCore Recovery Center, progressing from direct clinical care to multi-site program and clinical leadership.

I oversaw interdisciplinary teams of up to 20 staff serving 200+ patients, managing provider scheduling, coverage, caseloads, onboarding, performance support, and day-to-day operational problem-solving.

I designed EHR, documentation, and administrative workflows that reduced clinician burden and standardized care delivery. I also launched an embedded substance use treatment program in a skilled nursing facility, building its staffing model, SOPs, clinical workflows, and coordination systems from the ground up.

My work centers on opioid use disorder treatment, MOUD, harm reduction, Medicaid operations, quality improvement, and complex patient populations. I use operational and clinical data to improve staffing, training, capacity, audits, and care delivery across healthcare, housing, outpatient, and community settings.
