I’m a Geek Squad consultant agent who blends consultative, needs-based selling with real technical problem solving. I diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including system setup, OS troubleshooting, and basic computer repairs.

In my current role, I build and configure custom PCs and give clear technical guidance to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge. I focus on making technology work reliably for the customer, using diagnostics and optimization to get systems running smoothly.

Before this, as a Best Buy shift lead, I led sales operations and relied on value-driven attachment of accessories, services, and protection plans to increase basket size while maintaining high customer satisfaction. I’ve also developed strong habits around customer flow management and effective communication.

Earlier, as a shift lead for Green Acres Corn Maze, I supervised daily operations during seasonal events—coordinating staff, managing customer flow, and supporting safety procedures in high-traffic environments. I bring the same calm, customer-first mindset to technology help, along with certified Microsoft Office/Microsoft ecosystem knowledge and light scripting/automation.
