Founded and ran a Canada-wide HVAC equipment import and distribution business for 16 years with full P&L responsibility, reaching annual sales of up to $1M. Advised clients on equipment layout and system balance, managed customs and freight, and directed installation crews.

Selected and priced humidifiers, coils, and custom air-handling units for manufacturers' representatives. QA-tested a software interface and built an Excel quotation and closure-ratio database to target representative support.

Sold Lennox heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, rooftop units, and ventilation systems to homeowners and small businesses, measuring and estimating equipment and installation labour on site. Closed approximately $250K in sales revenue with $30K profit in five months.

Sold $1.2M against a $750K quota in 2002 and exceeded quota by 10% in five of nine quarters. Selected and balanced complete HVAC systems for consulting engineers, owners, and design-builders, and led underfloor air distribution sales for Ontario and Eastern Canada.

Raised assembly-line efficiency 25% through time trials and a keypad test layout redesigned on Kanban principles. Built consensus among six section managers to shift two assembly lines, speeding material flow 12%.

Wrote a GD&T tolerancing manual for the design department and produced as-built drawings for a Universal Studios Florida project.

Assisted with procurement coordination and proposal preparation for space systems projects.

Completed work on building MS Access client and quotation database to improve follow-up and closure rates.
