I'm looking to contribute my product ownership, implementation, and digital banking experience to teams building practical technology that improves customer and operational outcomes.

I've delivered digital banking products and core-system implementations for credit unions and insurance companies, connecting business needs with product and technology teams.

At PT. Kuelap Solusi Indonesia, I created a loan-application product connecting 5,000+ credit-union members to rural banks and digitalized the application process. I prioritized the roadmap with product, IT, and business teams, contributing to a 20% increase in customer satisfaction.
