I've led federal capture and business development efforts for Avathon Government, Bay Infotech, Source One MRO, Agile Trailblazers, and ProSync Technology Group. At Avathon, I direct federal sales for an AI/ML maintenance product and expand into NAVAIR through strategic teaming agreements.

My work has helped secure major defense opportunities, including more than $2 billion in work supporting Fort Huachuca, Yuma, Dugway, and White Sands proving grounds. I also supported teaming on a $2.2 billion Army TACOM TS3 contract and a $30 million engineering services contract at Fort Huachuca.

I build practical capture operations, from weekly pipeline reviews and gate reviews to proposal workshops, opportunity research, competitive intelligence, and partner development. I created a PMO for opportunity vetting at Agile Trailblazers, helped qualify the company for SBA 8(a), and won recompete DevSecOps work at Kessell Run.

I'm Shipley certified and Defense Acquisition University certified, with a focus on translating complex defense technology into clear business-development artifacts and acquisition strategies.
