What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring clarity, structure, and competitive edge to federal proposal responses and complex program execution, particularly across DoD procurement, communications, security, wireless, and infrastructure efforts.

I’ve led proposal development at Hyperion and Excentium for federal and commercial opportunities supporting the U.S. Army, NASA SEWP VI, the VA, USAF, and cybersecurity pursuits.

I built Hyperion’s Development Division from the ground up, helping grow sales from zero to $12.7 million over four years. I also created proposal formats, SharePoint-based collaboration processes, and cloud data-call tracking systems that gave teams clear visibility into active opportunities.

I’ve captured and managed complex wireless, network, ISP, OSP, security, and DAS projects for military and federal customers in the U.S. and abroad. With an active DoD Secret Clearance, PMP training, and experience across SEWP, ITES-3S, Polaris, and Shipley processes, I bring structure and competitive edge to RFP responses and program execution.
