I’m a customer support and patient billing professional with experience handling inbound and outbound calls, chat support, and remote support. I combine strong communication with a patient, detail-focused approach to help customers resolve issues quickly and correctly.

In my roles, I supported license activation and ticketing workflows, provided service desk and chat assistance, and delivered remote support for customer devices. I’m also comfortable with mobile phone activation and billing processes, working through customer requests with clarity and consistency.

On the medical side, I handle patient billing, insurance verification, patient refunds, and financial assistance. I bring a “minimum supervision” work style, stay organized, and keep improving through training—while remaining competitive, compassionate, and committed to reliable service.
