I’m an IT System Administrator with 15+ years of experience maintaining enterprise infrastructure, security, and cloud services. I focus on dependable operations, proven uptime, and strong incident readiness across remote and hybrid environments.
I’ve administered Microsoft 365 for 500+ users and managed identity and access through Microsoft Azure AD / Azure Entra ID, including MFA and Conditional Access. I’ve also built and supported Windows Server environments running on Nutanix AHV, improving scalability and reliability.
On the security side, I lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives using KnowBe4 and Microsoft Defender, including phishing simulations and role-based training. I also triage and remediate endpoint security alerts in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, strengthening incident response and endpoint protection.
I’m hands-on with multi-site networking and monitoring—deploying and managing Cisco Meraki infrastructure and tracking network health with tools like Auvik and Wireshark. I also use prompt engineering to automate repetitive security tasks, improve alert triage workflows, and accelerate troubleshooting and documentation.
