I’m looking for a senior role where I can lead enterprise identity and collaboration platform modernization—governing delivery with cross-functional partners, automating operations with PowerShell, and improving security, usability, and service outcomes for a complex organization.

I’m an executive technology leader with 17+ years of progressive experience driving digital innovation, enterprise platform strategy, and institutional optimization at Columbia University. I lead cross-functional initiatives that modernize collaboration platforms, simplify administrative work, and improve service delivery for students, faculty, staff, and executive leadership.

My core strength is enterprise platforms—especially Microsoft 365 and identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID)—paired with hybrid cloud expertise. I bring a data-informed decision-making approach with a strong focus on usability and accessibility, translating institutional priorities into practical, technology-enabled solutions.

In my current role as Sr. Systems Engineer, Identity & Infrastructure, I administer Active Directory and Entra ID account lifecycle for 120,000+ accounts and resolve 15–20+ identity and access incidents weekly. I also automate BeyondTrust PAM agent coverage and PowerShell workflows (reporting, bulk attribute extraction, and account creation) to improve reliability and reduce administrative overhead.

Previously, I served as Technology Operations Lead (Systems Administrator) for ~1,900 users and managed device deployments through Intune/SCCM-based MDM policies to improve endpoint compliance and supportability. Before that, I was Manager, Technology for the Office of the President—leading secure cloud enablement and an executive email migration to Microsoft 365 while eliminating legacy NAS by migrating to Box enterprise storage.
