I’m an Identity and Access Management (IAM) executive with 30+ years leading enterprise identity, security, cloud transformation, infrastructure, and technology service delivery organizations.
I build and execute identity strategies that improve security, strengthen compliance, reduce operational risk, and enhance customer and workforce experiences—especially in highly regulated environments.
Most recently, I’ve led enterprise Workforce and Customer Identity modernization initiatives at Mutual of America Financial Group, supporting more than 600,000 customer identities and 1,200 employees, including a five-year IAM roadmap tied to Zero Trust objectives and migration from legacy authentication and ADFS to Okta.
I’ve also driven cloud services and service delivery leadership, including U.S. delivery operations for Microsoft cloud engagements (Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Identity, and Hybrid Cloud), and earlier executive ownership of hosted Microsoft SaaS operations and enterprise IT operations, with budgets exceeding $23M and mission-critical service delivery responsibilities.
