At Sense Applications Ltd / Hawk Safety, I rebuilt the SaaS platform for operational monitoring and digital compliance management in four months, part-time. I handled the backend, web app, Capacitor mobile app, and deployment, then migrated existing clients with zero churn as CSAT rose from 76% to 92%.
I launched a free Lite tier that brings in about 50 organic sign-ups a month, and built the company’s CRM and sales and marketing dashboards. I also run LLMs in production for anomaly detection and automated audit reports.
Before Sense, I co-founded Healthy Pro and xelba ltd, and co-founded Studio Graphene, where I served as CTO and helped scale the team from zero to more than 100 people. Across my ventures, I’ve raised $3.2M in venture funding and secured about £700K through grants and related schemes.
