Your product is live, you have real users — but nobody is technically accountable for it. That's where I come in.

I'm a Fractional CTO for post-seed startups. I co-founded Iterpro, a B2B SaaS for professional sports clubs, and took it from the first commit to a 10-person engineering team, 200+ enterprise customers (top-tier football clubs and federations) and an acquisition in 2025.

I typically work with three kinds of teams:

• Founders whose MVP was built with AI tools or by an agency, and who don't know if it will hold up

• Startups with developers but no technical leadership

• Teams of 5–20 people whose processes haven't kept up with growth

I cover four areas: product (prioritisation, roadmap, first PM hire), engineering and team (roles, rituals, hiring a tech lead), QA and delivery (testing, CI/CD, releases — I cut regression bugs by 85% at Iterpro) and cloud and operations (observability, costs, reliability).

Engagements start with a two-week Health Check: a written scorecard across those four areas, with risks and a 90-day plan. From there, either hands-on support 1–2 days a week, or a lighter advisory retainer. The goal is always to make myself unnecessary.
